What GenTool is

GenTool is a research and queue layer. It proposes buyers, evidence and copy. It does not send messages, connect to your LinkedIn or mailbox, or act on any third-party platform on your behalf. You decide what to send and you send it from your own tools, under those tools' terms.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that your outreach complies with the laws that apply to you and to your recipients, and that you honour objections. You keep your keys and tokens confidential and revoke them when they leak.

Plans, credits and refunds

Plans renew monthly or annually through Stripe. Credits and contacts are allowances, not property; paid tiers roll unused credits to twice the monthly allowance. Top-ups do not expire while the workspace exists. Unused allowances are not refunded.

Availability and liability

GenTool is provided as is. Research output is evidence-backed but not guaranteed; the gates reduce error, they do not remove judgement. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

Termination

You can delete your workspace from Settings. We may suspend a workspace that abuses the service or the providers behind it.
